Port Credit, originally a trading post, is a collection of lakefront communities
and treed large lot estates. Port Credit is different neigbhourhoods living tightly
together at the mouth of the Credit River. Preserving the old historic goes along
side redeveloping with the grand and bold new found in many estate properties of
Port Credit and Mineola and in the condominiums along Lake Ontario.
The established subdivisions to the east of Port Credit village have enjoyed an
above average appreciation in value.
