North York (C04, C06, C07 and C12 through C15) saw 4,583 homes change hands over
the first seven months of 2006. This is a four per cent increase over the 4,412
transactions recorded during the same period of 2005. The year-to-date price average
for the area at the end of July was $463,019, up three per cent from last year’s
